There will be no refunds for completed orders.  All processed orders are final.  Please review the Cancellation Policy for additional information.  By making a purchase with Compliant Background Screening Partners, LLC., you are confirming that you have read and understand our no refunds policy. 

We will not refund fees for searches in which case the user enters incorrect information.  In addition, CBSP is not obligated to rerun a search with corrected information.

As a privately owned company, CBSP is not limited to using certain vendors for any of our background screening data.  This is critical to the depth and breadth of our data.  We at CBSP have the freedom to research, test, evaluate and choose the vendors we use.  This is important because not all vendors supply quality data of the highest integrity.   CBSP does not engage in business with any vendor until we conduct our own due diligence.
