Foreign Criminal Courts Records Check (FCCRC):

All Foreign Criminal Courts Records Check (FCCRC) compiled by CBSP and their partners contain all criminal information found in an overseas courthouse's records.  That is to say, only those where they conform to local data privacy & statutory provisions regulating legal employment access.  Each country’s criminal justice system will vary, but, most will comprise of a local (city or town) or district level, provincial level, and a federal court system. CBSP and its’ partners commence its research for relevant criminal court information at a district or city court level when available. Most foreign court files are usually archived manually with very little automation and require local investigative personnel to travel to remote locations. CBSP report criminal records where we are able to identify the subject via their name, date of birth, living address and or subject name and country identification number.

Foreign Police Records Check (FPRC):

All Foreign Police Records Check (FPRC) compiled by CBSP and their partners contain all criminal information found in a police agency's records as it conforms to local data privacy & statutory provisions regulating legal employment access.  CBSP report criminal records where we are able to identify the subject via their name, date of birth, living address and or subject name and country identification number.

Foreign Employment Verification Report (FEMPLOYVR):

CBSP foreign employment product, FEVR, verifies foreign employment history to include the subject’s employers' name and location, contact information for employers' HR department, supervisor's name and department. Additionally, this product will verify dates of employment, job title, rate of pay, reason for leaving, & subjects eligibility of rehire.

Foreign Education Verification (FEV):

CBSP and its’ partners have multi-lingual staff and contractors to facilitate foreign  education verifications. We verify the institution's name, school campus, location, telephone number, dates of study, degree received, and subject of study. We also provide contact information for the institution's registrar's office.

Foreign Reference Check (FRC):

CBSP and its’ partners have multi-lingual staff and contractors who interview foreign  colleagues and co-workers listed on an applicant's resume. Our interviews are performed in local languages with results provided in English. Such references may be obtained and used to cover periods of unemployment, self-employment, travel etc., which cannot be verified by other means. CBSP will customize questions to meet our client requirements.
