Often times an applicant will exaggerate the duties of a previous position in an attempt to gain an undeserved competitive advantage. With CBSP's Employment Verification service,
our specialists will contact the applicant's previous employer and conduct a telephone interview examining an employers' records during an individual's stated period of employment. Typical information obtained includes, but is not limited to, dates of employment, job position, rehire status and reason for leaving.
All verification checks are conducted under the strict guidelines of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). The average turn around time on orders is 1-2 business days. All orders that are 48 hours old or unverifiable are reviewed by a Sr. researcher.
