Civil history records provide information about: divorce, product liability suits, violation of civil rights, judgments, nonpayment of goods and other similar cases. These cases can be found at county levels. Unless otherwise specified and an additional fee is paid, records are only searched back 7 years. **Some court and/or state fees may apply.**
CBSP is committed to providing County Civil results in less than 72 hours. Because some courts allow electronic access, we typically return those results within 24 hours. However, most courts require that we go directly to the court, and depending on volume, court location, filing procedures, etc., time service will vary. Approximately 90% of all work is returned within 72 hours. Be aware that some of the search requests will go beyond 72 hours due to archived records, restricted public access, court closures, inclement weather, and other circumstances beyond our control.
