Instructions:

We are required to conduct a statewide criminal records search in any location where you have lived or attended school. 

Your search is run in five steps as follows:

• 1) You enter your personal information, including all counties where you’ve resided or attended school
  

• 2) We charge your credit card $10.00 and run an address record search to confirm where you’ve lived.  We will also conduct a search in any prior state or county of residence at an additional fee
  

• 3) We calculate your search total based on your locations or residence and notify you of the total (minus the $10.00 you have just paid)
  

• 4) With your approval, we start the searches and bill your credit card for the full search amount
  

• 5) Your completed results are delivered to the school you’ve applied for.  We also send you a copy if you’ve supplied us with an email address.
