Each criminal request involves a multi-faceted search that commences with a SSN trace that identifies all known alias’s associated with the subject and checked against the Death Master Index. Next, the request is processed via our National Criminal Search. More than 300 million+ criminal records covering ALL 50 States, Washington DC, Guam and Puerto Rico are searched including information from Counties, Department of Corrections, Administration of the Court, State Sex Offender Registries and the United States Drug Enforcement Administration's (DEA) Office of Diversion Control database.
Finally, a search of the repository maintained by the United States Department of Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), that stores the names of those individuals and companies who have been designated by the Government as possibly being related to terrorism is instantly searched. These national and international terrorism sources contain more than 3.1 million photos.
